Men produce higher sperm counts during intercourse than during masturbation. Since masturbation is easier to schedule, single men ejaculate more times per week than men who ejaculate only during sexual intercourse. Having frequent orgasms can lower the count of your sperm, because you produce only so much sperm in 24 hour period. If you abstains from orgasms for a week or so, you’ll have higher sperm count the next time you ejaculate.
When you’re having sex with a partner on the other hand, your orgasm is usually more powerful because you’ve been aroused for a longer time. High arousal causes your seminal vesicles to contract more forcefully during ejaculation, which ejects more sperm and creates a much stronger sensation during your climax.
