Cow Power. Got Milk?

Cow MilkDrinking milk may reduce the risk of colon cancer. Researchers found that men whose diets included 700 to 800 mg of calcium a day were up to 50% less likely to develop some forms of colon cancer then mean whose diets contained less than 500 mg calcium.
