The Top Notes is what you smell when the fragrance is first sprayed or splashed on

The Middle Note gives the scent its body and substance

The Back or Bottom Note is the lingering scent that you smell long after

EDT or Eau deToilettes have a higher concentration of scent essences than Eau de Cologne. The higher the concentration of the scent, the longer the smell lasts.

Scents last for a longer time on oily skin than on dry skin as it holds on to the molecules better.

The pH levels on your skin will determine how the fragrance reacts to you. Different people wearing the same scent can smell slightly different.
